blog 2:  you submitted a lesson plan at the beginning of the course and you submitted two more during the course. How did your lesson plan change/ develop as you took the course. It changed a lot, during the lesson I always learned something new, and it is good to know about all these websites that we used, because later on, they became useful.  before learning about these activities, I used to teach vocabulary in the individualized lesson in cards or bingo (something repetitive) but after knowing these websites I applied them once when teaching vocabulary. the students had a lot of fun doing them, they were engaged and paid attention to the activity. When the lesson was about to be done, I asked them about the words and they remembered them.

blog 1:  You participated in two PBL (problem-based-learning) activities. You were given a set of problems and asked to create activities. Reflect on your experience. You may answer the following questions: what was your role? what did you do? did you learn something new from the activities? were the activities useful in developing your knowledge in the use of technology? why? - My role in the Pbl activity was more like a facilitator for the students. 1.this website is easy and fun to use, and it is very useful for the students because it focuses on many things such as writing, listening, and speaking. In this blog,  the students can comment, write, speak and upload the audio files on what the teacher uploaded and what their classmates commented. in addition, we can use voicethread for doing presentations and writing on the slides while speaking explaining things. 2. in voicethread we login using our gmail account and click on create to create a new voicethread. voicethread has many options for example you can download pictures from the website, there is no need to go to google pictures to do so. in addition it is good for the students when they comment. after clicking on create, we added a picture that is related tp the topic that we want. after we finish with writing the question or what we need we save it and share it so the students can view it and comment on it. 3. the teacher can use it when is the focus is on bra...

In this website we learned how to create a story by adding texts and pictures. 2. we log in as students then we click on create where we chose a picture for the cover and which suits the title or the story. then we do the same to the other slides but we change the title to a text. 3. the teacher can use this website when giving the students writing tasks. the students apply their knowledge when writing and adding pictures that describe the story that they are telling/ writing. 4. I chose to write about red little riding hood. While doing it I applied what I learned and I enjoyed doing it very much.

I am sure the students are going to enjoy it the most. this website is fun to use because it almost has everything in it. the students can create and customize their own characters, they can choose the voice that they want, write what they like and listen to their writing. On this website the students can write, speak and listen, this will improve the students' English. 2. we first login to the website after creating an account( Gmail), then we chose the character that we wanted, dressed it and gave it a voice as we liked, and gave a name to it too. we treated the characters in Voki almost as humans and that what is fun about Viki. 3. 1. this website is fun to use because the teacher can use videos in his/her lessons that engage the students. 2. First, we log in the website and click on new to create a new. we chose any topic that we want, add a video that suits the topic and add questions. we can add different types of questions such as multiple choice open questions, etc.  the students have to choose the correct answer according to the video that they watch. 3. The teacher can use them when he wants to show the class a video that is related maybe to the text that they are learning or going to learn. Then the teacher asks the students questions and the students do them on the website. This can be dun for the students. 4. I chose to do about laughter yoga which is a text for eighth-graders. by adding this video the students have an idea about what laughter yoga is.

1. in this website I learned how to do different activities such as crossword, puzzle, etc. these games are fun to do and engaging for the students. I am sure that the students are going to enjoy them. 2. first we log in after we made our account, then create a new activity, select the type of the activity that we want to create, select the language, title, description and the level, then we click on next to start creating the game. To add words of the puzzle we click on add, the clue in it can be a text, a picture or an audio file. and so we start creating it. 3. we can apply this website when we teach new vocabulary or if we want to review them. 4. I chose words that I teach in the school that I practice in. the words are for grade seven, and they are good to be learned for the weak students by doing them in this engaging way so that is why I am going to give it to them.
